Swiss Training (PAC) or American (AFF)

In both cases you will jump from 4000 meters (13000 ft) ground level with your own equipment and enjoy the thrill of free fall for about 50 seconds. Suported by instructors, you will open your own parachute and fly to the landing zone, if necessary we will assist you by radio.

The training consists of 7 levels. During the first 3 jumps, 2 instructors will accompany you in free fall to instantly correct you then, there will be 1 instructor for the following four jumps.

Each level of instruction is carefully prepared on the ground, and then debriefed after each jump so that you enjoy your learning experience.

This training allows you to learn safety of skydiving in order to jump alone, including:

– to exit an airplane

– to be stable in free fall, executing figures and recovery

–  to be aware to your altitude at all times

– to open and control alone your parachute for a soft landing

– to know your equipment and the techniques for packing

For the Swiss license, we prepare you to a technical program of imposed figures and precision landing which you will work individually. When you feel you are ready, usually after 45 or 60 jumps, you can present yourself to the exam. A theory part is added to the practice test.

For the American AFF license, the second phase will begin with 3 jumps alone and then 12 coached jumps. This phase can be very quickly done as several jumps can be performed on the same day. When you reach the minimum of 25 jumps, you can present yourself to the written exam for the A license.

The A license is the first of the four American licenses, which allows you to practice skydiving in the world.

We suggest you to follow your training either in Switzerland or to the United States:
